🚚 Delivery Policy

We deliver across all cities in Pakistan through reliable courier services like TCS, Leopard, M&P, and Call Courier.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 business days

  • Remote & Rural Areas: 4–6 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 200 to Rs. 350 for smaller orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders up to Rs. 20,000

  • For orders above this limit, partial or full advance payment may be required

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation before the order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return/exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Include a copy of your invoice or order number in the return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos (if applicable)

  3. Once approved, send the item back via courier of your choice

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

  • For change of mind or exchange, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or pre-installed lighting

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or incorrect installation

Refunds

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be issued within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


🛠️ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, faulty, or wrong items.

  • If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or receive store credit.
