• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

• Orders above Rs. 20,000 may require full or partial advance payment.

4. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team.

• Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Refusing to accept a parcel without valid reason may lead to account restrictions for future purchases.

5. Shipping

• We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.

• Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 6 working days, depending on your location.

• Free shipping applies on orders above Rs. 3,000. Standard shipping charges apply otherwise.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• For damaged or incorrect products, we offer free replacement or refund upon verification.

• For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
